Capitec ATM did not give my R2000 withdrawal. No money came out

On Friday 26 June 2020 I withdrew an amount of R2000 at a Capitec ATM outside the bank at machine nr1. My transaction got declined after the ATM made that sound as if the money is coming out. The machine stopped and a message popped up on the screen that says"Transaction Declined ". I got an SMS on my phone that says R2000 withdrawn but no money came out of the ATM. I stood there & asked the Capitec Employee what just happened and she said the machine is not working. I stood there & checked if the money is coming out but there was nothing I went to ATM nr2 and withdrew a R2000 from there and the money came out. I checked my bank balance and saw I withdrew R2000(x2) but I only got R2000 from The 2nd ATM. The 1st ATM took my R2000 and it doesn't show on my bank balance that it got reversed!!!! I'm not sure if the ATM I first used was malfunctioning bit I want my R2000 back please. The bank charges is really to much.
