Capitec Atm did not dispense my Sassa Grant money

Yesterday i was at capitec letlhabile mall around7 am...I was withdrawing with a sassa card while waiting I got the card and then I waited for the money then the machine said transaction failed i waited for sometime but there was no money that is dispensed....so I immediately went to the branch and I explained to them they said I won't be assisted but how because the money is in your atm....they said so....and they said I should wait for at least 24 hours I did and the money is not available....what should I do right now?
