Capitec ATM constantly out of service!

Good day, I am tired of going to the capitec branch that is situated outside the game centre near the grand parade to only find that the ATM outside is broken. I use this ATM because it is easier and cheaper to deposit notes at this ATM. I have gone inside to ask when the ATM will be repaired and they are unsure themselves. The ATM is constantly not working! I left my details with one of the staf to contact me when it is online to deposit notes and that was yesterday morning and I still have not had a reply. I have had one staff member saying that customers are damaging the machine, if that is so what is capitec doing about it? Why not assist customers? Why don't you install more of these machines that have this function? Why not put up a poster that assists customers to not break the machine? It is taking too long for you to fix it and is costing your company money so what are you doing about it?? Please could you tel me which other branches have this ATM that charges less for note deposits. Nothing on the site which is a mess!!! Come on Capitec!!
