Capitec ATM ate my cash send

I went to collect cash send at Capitec ATM only a slip came out no money then I called Capitec they said they can't give me any information about my money but the person who sent the cash send to me must call the she called the only in formation they gave her is that it was redeemed and must open the Case my hard earned money I don't understand thats how I loose it I'm very disappointed with Capitec cause that money was meant for me and I have every right to inquire about my money it was my payment means I delivered for free 😭😭😤
