Capitec at the pinnacle of greed

I was disgusted and utterly shocked when I looked at my statement , after having to visit a local capitec branch to get a pin for my card , finding a charge for R5-35 for a pin reset!!!! Charged money to get a pin reminder. I'll type that again. CHARGED MONEY TO GET A PIN REMINDER FOR MY OWN CARD! WHAT A F***ING LOAD OF GREEDY, MONEY-GRUBBING, FESTERING B****HIT!! I'VE SEEN IT ALL NOW. THE PINNACLE OF GREED HAS BEEN REACHED; CAPITEC IS NOW AT THE SUMMIT OF ALL-CONSUMING MONEY LUST. In a developing country, considered by many to be almost third world, with over 30% unemployment and over 50% youth unemployment, one would NEVER expect this sort of blatant greed from a bank purporting itself as a champion for the 'man on the street; an ally of the 'average joe' and these days, EVERY CENT counts for the vast majority of south africans. Yet, here we are, victims of the worst kind of bank. The kind of bank that would stoop to charging it's predominantly working class and poor clients, without informing them no less (had I been, I NEVER would've agreed to it because of the sheer sickness of it!) for a pin reminder!! For shame! I'm sick to my stomach.
