Capitec at Cradlestone not up to standard
My mom is 82 years old. She does all her banking and shopping at Cradle stone mall opposite her retirement village. Time and time again when she wants to do her banking they are offline. It means thats she must up and down to her home and bank to be helped and it cost extra to pay in money inside. When she spoke to the manager he just had a lot of excuses. We love Capitec and would want it to go from strenght to strenght. I hope you can sort out this branch. They are not givong Capitec a good name

We really appreciate it so much. My son of 10 was sitting next to me and heard the whole conversation. He was so excited. He said I must please tell you Capitec is the Best, best,best bank ever.
He really wants a bank account but we dont have a birth sertificate with the mom and dads name on and thats is always a diffcult road to go down. He'll just have to wait until he gets his ID.
