Capitec *********** as a bank

I've never experienced such incompetence from a bank, to the extent where the customer line that I phone can't assist, the branch can't assist and there is no one made available to resolve an issue. Problems get 'escalated' but that's where it ends. Don't be trapped by the low fees, you get what you pay for.
