Capitec, are you just another bank.

Capitec Bank, Somerset Mall. 23 June 11.40 am. I had to visit my branch at Somerset Mall this morning. Stood patiently in line to enter. 20 minutes later it was my turn to enter. while standing in the que to enter I observed the following. There are two ATM,s outside the branch , I used the one about two weeks ago, at the time I observed that one had a notice attached to it stating that it was out of order. This morning I noticed that it was still out of order, as well as the one next to it. On entering , prior to having my Temp taken, I could not but notice that there was only three tellers at their desk I asked why there was only three tellers at work this morning, The reply was "The others are on lunch" , Lunch at 11.40 am. Come on Capitec, is this the new norm, are you just becoming another bank in the RSA. Originally I was drawn to Capitec because "We care for our Clients attitude, are you getting complacent, don't there is a whole new world out there, ready, ready to step into your boots, the minute you get complacent. Changing banks is one of the easiest things to do today, as easy as we arrive as easy it is to move on. I am not happy with Capitec, I have known you to be much much better, and have reviewed you as such. Come on, I do not want to move again.
