Capitec are Theives

<p>Capitec had system problems on saturday so me standing in the queue at checkers i swiped my card which got declined twice. i then drew the cash at another ATM and paid cash. the money was removged from my account and then refunded and then removed again. they refuse to pay my money back and they never phone me back. they are making me seem like a **** or as if im *****ing when i have all the sms notifications to prove it. i will bne making a case of theft against them and i will take them to court. the amount is R2043 and they refuse to help me ive been waiting 5 days and heard nothing from them</p>
