Capitec are pathetic p

What a useless pathetic bank!! Bad management Useless staff and most pathetic customer service ever!!!! My account are on hold for almost 8 months tried customer care. Went to a branch handed in avidavids and 8 month later still not sorted. Yesterday I called again and was told yo go to a branch and hand a avidavid in.. I'm 40 km from a branch!! Where are the documents that was handed in the first time!!! I don't recommend any person to open an acount at capitec and would suggest take your money from them and go to another bank asap. I'm done communicating with capitec I lodged a complain at ombudsman! #capitecarepathetic
