Capitec app won't activate

I can't activate my capitec app on my android, the sms verification keeps failing, it doesn't send the sms. I have been to the branch and no one knows what the problem is. The SMS to activate the app just does not deliver! this is a *permissions* problem on the app. Reading the reviews on your app proves that the app has a bug yet capitec is no fixing this problem. I can't make online payments without the app, all payments insist on approving payment through the app, I've been unable to use this app for over a year, I've been to branches multiple times. Please help to solve the problem.!!
