Capitec App Misleading

My complaint is about the misleading information on the Capitec App. When you try to apply for a loan/Increase on Credit card on the App, you are led to believe that you do qualify for such only to be given feedback that you don't qualify. Don't get me wrong I understand its t's n cs, itc check.etc, its understandable , You cannot on the App suggest that a client qualifies for R200 000 loan and when you apply for R40 000 loan you get declined. Thats ridiculous and misleading. You guys should provide us as customers options that we can get access to. Stop misleading!
