Capitec App Error
On the 17th i purchased vouchers i didnt receive them and capitec said it was an error with bluevoucher ,they said to me they will refund within 24hours and again they said within 48hours.
So yesterday i wrote to capitec whatapp agent again they gave me email and seriel number that i must contact bluevou myself. What nonsense is that when i contact bluevoucher they told me that they have cancelled my vouchers i must contact capitec for more info.
guys capitec what game are they playing sending me back and forth . It's irritating serious they daid kn the 18th they will refund me my number. But they didn't do that will attach the amount of vouchers i bought and
I will send all the screenshot from capitec agent and email from bluevoucher
