Capitec and Unknown AEDO debit orders

My mother has been using capitec for many years now and 2 months ago strange debit orders having been coming out (R175), it says something about AEDO of which she knows nothing about. We went to the branch and they told us it cannot be reversed. THIS IS NOT ON! how do you expect us to trust you with our money if people can just debit, I am a capitec client my self and if this is not resolved and my mom is fully refunded, we are considering changing banks.
