CAPITEC AND TYMEBANK

Very bad experience. My husbands account was reported by someone we know as a fradulant account. No court order or police affidavit, presuming its someone this person knows who works internally in the bank froze the account, having no access to funds. This also now put a hold on my tymebank account therefore I can't access my account either. I want to know how we can resolve this quickly. He was at the bank with an affidavit and it has been submitted to head office but till now no joy. We have to continuously lend money for daily living as we cant access our funds in our own accounts. I want to lay charges against the banks and the person who reported this.
