Capitec and Shapiro Shaik Deal with your mess

This is the email I got from Shapiro Shaik this week again regarding my loan that I settled in 2021 and yet you still have my name in bad records clear my name.

Good day,

We hereby acknowledge receipt of your correspondence herein. Kindly note that we confirm that the accounts have been paid in full. The paid-up letters were emailed to you in 2021.

Kindly advise on the court letter that you are referring to as we only issue a paid up letter when an account is paid up.

Please note that we do not do ITC update as we have not listed you and this is solely done by the relevant Credit Provider.

Kindly request any ITC updates with your Credit Provider or contact the bureaus directly.

We trust the above is in order.
