Capitec and Protea gardens poor service

This morning i went to protea gardens mall to withdraw transport money for my kids..a security lady who refused to give her name refused us entry saying they are opening @7 for outsiders..I am disappointed in both Capitec and protea gardens centre management if that's how they treat their customers. Firstly the atm@ the garage was out of cash and still we were refused entry.😡most of the banks there are outside the mall why doesn't Capitec consider that for clients? & why centre management doesn't consider that we need money for transport..emergency etc? I had to drive back and explain to the driver i couldn't get his cash..so very disappointed ..
