Capitec and Ombuds

I was refunded money (R 1610) for a dress I bought on the 10th September, Capitec Bank suspended my account. I provided all required documents, affidavits and proof of payment. I even wrote to FAIS Ombud and Fosa, until today my account is still locked and I have money in that account! This is frustrating.
