CAPITEC AND MY CAR LICENCE DISC

Capitec does not deserve even one star. 2026 Is the third year that I ordered my car licence disc through Capitec. 2025 I had problems with the delivery. I paid for and ordered my car licence disc on 4th of August 2026. Today is the 21st August and I am still struggling to get my car licence disc delivered where it was delivered the past two years. I already made numerous calls to Capitec. One clever guy told me to get a copy from my nearest municipality office. That means I have to travel 60 kilometres and queue for hours after I paid for the delivery of my car licence disc. The other one told me it was already delivered. Another person told me to call Skynet and find out where my car licence disc is. All this after I ordered it online from Capitec. Now, I do not have patience anymore. South Africa is a very bad place to ask for service.
