Capitec and MotoData Nightmare

Horrible experience with MotoData after our vehicle finance was approved through Capitec. Capitec assured us the payment process between MotoData and the vehicle seller would happen within minutes — but it was anything but that. The process took far longer than promised, and the delay nearly caused the vehicle sale to fall through. Capitec Bank should seriously review this process, or they risk creating many more unhappy vehicle finance customers.
