Capitec and Lotto

Why is your lotto offline on a regular basis? It process the transaction then reverses it a few minutes later. Meanwhile I think my transactions were successful! Now what happens if my numbers do actually come in as the winning numbers but my transaction was reversed? Capitec not the best bank at all!
