Capitec and license renewal needs to be relooked at!!
I decided to give Capitec a try with a license disc renewal and it has turned out to being a NIGHTMARE! Capitec should have done there due diligence instead of partnering with a ***** courier that ******s you "A delivery fee" just because they pop up at your gate once without notice. I paid Capitec my money and when I enquire, I am told it's not a Capitec problem. Your customer service is pathetic because who will be liable if I am involved in a accident without a disc? I have for the disc and still NOTHING!!!!

When you ignore your ground roots, you can't expect to grow with this don't care attitude. I managed to get it sorted out my way without you Capitec. I think it's time for us to close our chapter together.
