Capitec and Jabulile are useless

Capitec and their agents are useless. I just got off the call with Jabulie and she has no interest whatsoever to assist me with the ***** that is happening on my account. Instead she is insinuating that I know about these transactions because I have made a few transactions in the previous months. Just note they only assist with only if it happens in a place you’ve never been before
