CAPITEC AND IT'S SINISTER WAYS
capitec bank really disappointed me this time again, after having sent a cash send to someone upon arrival at the ATM the cash send had been redeemed. and no one redeemed that cash send. they keep giving me stories about case numbers and also this isnt the first time with capitec it's either you cant transact or when you do your money disappears, we are losing money with this bank can we just get our money back

07 Jul 2025, 12:37after having been contacted by one of the consultants from capitec they were able to assist swiftly as he called me on friday afternoon and promised to have this issue sorted out by monday, and as promised the problem was resolved they following monday
