Capitec and its inconsiderable people

I am writing again regarding the review that i logged few weeks ago. A friend of mine's account is still blocked and he went to the Bank on numerous occasions nd was send from pillar to post. His reference is ***7 and is also a student. AHis names re Thabang Ramethlape Theodore Tladi This is really so frustrating as we have been going back and forth with Capitec who doesn't even explain to us what was the reason for the blockage. please would you be so kind so as to assist in this regard.
