Capitec and clientele ****s

I am getting debited from clientele I asked capitec to stop the debit and they said they did and its a non-stop thing we're random most of money is getting taken out of my account and mind you I had no dealings with clientele ever in my life I don't suggest anybody to open up by capitec account because they service is poor and it's every month thing getting ****med a bank is supposed to be a safe place where you keep your money not we're you get ****med for it I asked capitec for assistance and they saying I should go to clientele but capitec is the bank and they should stop the debit it's an ( unauthorized debit ) no authorization nothing just money going out of your account and there's no way to stop it on your app I capitec servers they said go in the bank the banks that I should go to clientele to stop.it doesn't make sense this is daylight *******
