capitec and clientele colluding to rob unemployed school kids!!!!

My niece just went to the westgate branch of capitec to for assistance to reverse a R200 unauthorised debit order by clientele.

nthabiseng and her manager, zanele, are refusing point blank to assist her referring her to clientelle even though she explained to them that she has not given clientelle any authority to debit her account and neither does she have an account with them.

And, zanele refused to speak to me on the phone to explain the issue.
