Capitec and capitec smart tellers taking Money out account 5months later not fixed

<p>Hi on April i withdrawed money at a capitec smart teller no money was dispensed... slip also showed R0 dispensed... but got mesage on phone money out of my account... went to capitec branch vall mall vanderbijlpark... they phoned the people ... 3 weeks went by... went there 3 times... the teller people phoned me and said they checked the machine and money shows right... asked them why does the slip show R0 dispensed... 5months now nothing yet... how many people go thru this and maybe its your rent money or something. Not happy </p>
