Capitec and Ackermans partnership is the worst

I attempted withdrawing Capitec money send from ackermans bochum branch.... I had the most disappointing experience I've ever encountered at any Ackermans. The assistant, Selelo (or Selaelo), was dismissive from the start—no greeting, just a cold, unpleasant attitude. His manner of communication was unacceptable. He told me the store doesn’t offer fund withdrawals, but the way he said it made it feel dishonest.
