Capitec always manages to disappoint

My account was put on hold on a public holiday when I contacted the Capitec WhatsAPP number I was told it's because I made a payment into an account that is suspected and I need to go to the police station and state what I was paying for and if I received the things I was buying which I did but now they can't open my account because it's a public holiday but they were able to close it on a public holiday. I'm so hurt cause I was expecting to get money but now people can't send money in my account. I had to spend the entire long weekend with no money, I'm so disappointed in Capitec
