Capitec allows unathorised debits to ho through

I am a client of capitec exactly one week ago i called them to request a dispute on a debit order that went through my acc which i did not authorise. Monday i called back and was told i will be called re the outcome of the dispite. The money that was debited was unathorised. Why do they allow this if they are a bank. Its the 3rd time. I am not important enough fr them no wonder they cant compete with bigger banks
