Capitec allows ***** on your account and chargss you R200 just to investigare

A debit order went off my accoubt that is not mine. I can reverse it. Or cancel it. The bank isnt getting back to me. Last time they wanted to charge me 2000 rand to investigate.

Dont ise this bank they ***** your money
