Capitec allows an online payment with no authentication and still have not revered it after 1 week

I tried to make a payment for an air ticket on air Namibia on the 2nd of Feb. The authentication on my capitec did not work as I have recently changed cards associated to my account. 5 days later I see the money go off my account even though no authentication code was ever used. This show that capitect online purchasing is completely and 100% unsecure. The flight date has come and gone and air Namibia has also not refunded me even though the flight was never taken. Both these companies are happy to leave me sitting for 1 week without my money. Capitec is however at fault as they allowed a transaction with no authentication whatsoever, if you would like me to prove it I will gladly redo this process on a live stream to show everyone just how unsafe it is to use your capitect card to shop online and how was lit people can ***** your money.
