Capitec allowed unauthorized debit orders and ******** cleaned up my account

To say I am disappointed and regret banking with Capitec is an understatement. Apparently the "dispute debit orders" is a joke! They offered to call the unknown people who were able to ***** all the money that was just deposited into my savings account, that's within 48 hours of notifying this Capitec bank. How can you just offer to call ******** as if they will be interested to negotiate with Capitec??

How did you let this happen, why is your security weak, because I never authorized these debit orders that cleaned my account under your watch?

I demand to get contact information of whoever you work with that stole from my savings account. And, due to this misfortune I have missed an important payment and I will take this matter further!
