Capitec allow their consultants to work syndicates and they don't refund their customers who are ****med

So Capitec called My Mom telling her that she was ****med and they won't refund her the money that Neo (Capitec consultant) help *****. So it's ok for Capitec to allow their customers to change their bank cards 4 times in 12 hours. So Capitec doesn't give a **** about their customers withdrawing all their money within 12 hours.. So Capitec doesn't give a ****. Capitec told her that she was ****med and that's it... So what happened to Neo who works for Capitec who was the one assisting her? So Capitec allow their consultants to work with syndicates and that's OK? I am very angry with Capitec and I will make sure that someone in Capitec pays...
