Capitec Aliwal North
Family members traveled from Smithfield in the Free State to Aliwal North to open an account with Capitec Bank as this was the closest town where this bank was represented only to be told that they cannot open a bank account as they have the old green ID books and not the new ID card. This is ludicrous. 154Km wasted fuel to be rejected by a bank.
