A airtime purchase.

Bought some airtime a while back from my second account. I have always done this with now issue. did it in the middle on September and never received it.. Call up capitec and I was told to "just wait" - this was the same day. Ok fine I left it. Net day still nothing. Sent them an email a few days later to query the transaction. they tell me it has been escalated. Today 15 days later I get a messages we are still awaiting feedback. Where does your feedback come from? I dont know how it works but dont you just ask vodacom - hey did you send this oaks airtime?. Still await a tiny amount of 80 rand airtime. Make u think what else disappears from your capitec account??????. I left FNB because of the ********** service but it looks like these banks are all part of the same whatsapp group.. Lets start or own bank.. We shall call it Mattress - "its still here" will be the slogan
