Capitec Airtime ****ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I've purchased airtime on the Capitec bank sometime in January and airtime was never received but money was taken from my account, I've been to the Capitec bank in Southway Mall in Durban and the consultant that helped me log an incident was very helpful and made efforts to assist me as much as she can however to this day my incident is still not resolved, my money is not returned, no one is bothering to call me or inform me via sms or anything about what's going on, this is a very bad service, imagine it's now May 2022 and I am still complaining about an incident that happened in January, Do not buy airtime from Capitec they will take ur money and not give you airtime and forget about it.

It is very disappointing to learn that Capitec misleadingly claims that the top of airtime was successful, this was the response from Twitter, if that was the case why did the log the incident, it is my money that was taken, and I want it back, this is a good example of what poor customer service is.
