Capitec (Airport mall) Belhar

Honestly I’m not a fan of capitec due to multiple bad experiences. However last month my son and I went to the airport mall branch and a young man greeted us at the reception and the said my son had to wait outside. I then told him I’m not leaving my son alone as he has special needs and because he is tall people generally assume he is older. The guy immediately understood the situation and warmly welcomed us both into the branch. I was then helped by a consultant named “Nature” he was very helpful, fun to chat to and the overall experience was very pleasant. Thank you
