Capitec agent did not sent me an email yet

I have been waiting for capitec agent which called me on the February 26 at 15:16 afternoon and told me I must wait for her to send me an email of which is where I must send the proof of funds that are in my account, and till now I've been waiting for that email and it's been 3 days and I haven't received it ,kindly pls contact me because I want to proceed further
