Capitec added 11 months to my loan and now its 2 years with no change

THEY WILL EDIT YOUR LOAN WITHOUT YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND THIS BANK IS A NO GO AREA, THEIR INTEREST RATE IS RIDICULOUS AS WELL I am failing to understand capitec baank on how they operate, they are out there to mess up people lives. One of thier consultants was meant to escalate my query to her manager within 48 hours I was supposed to get a response or a call, since the 26th of August, till this hour I have never got that call. What I got was a threatening email. After we have been up and down trying to get them to fix thier errors on our loan. Which they still haven't for almost a year now. If you see this DON'T, I REPEAT, DON'T TAKE LOANS WITH them, they will edit everything without your acknowledgement and rip u off. Capitec I am waiting on your call from management but still nothing
