CAPITEC ACCOUNT USED TO **** AND ***** FROM PEOPLE
******* !! took my money for 'monthly rental'. doesnt answer calls / SMS' / whatsapp.... phone is off !!
the bank account they used: Capitec : ***
im waiting to hear from Capitec and see if they are interested in stopping people who use their bank to ***** and ****.

Capitec Margate staff have given out my personal information to this account holder !!!
that is against the POPIA Act = ******** offence !!!!
i still do not have my money back and have been messaged by this account holder for 2 days now !!
oh but when i requested the details, Capitec told me they cannot give out the details of the account holder and i need to do the following:
1. open a case at SAPS
2. go to small claims and request a subpoena
3. send subpoena to Capitec to get the account holder details
BUT
Capitec Margate just throw out my personal information !!!!
so how has this been resolved, Capitec?????
this is completely unacceptable business practice.

they dont seem to realise how serious this is nor show any concern for the ******* practices at this branch.... oh well, i guess i will ave to throw my toys.
