Capitec account suspended unfairly

I joined one of those online paying apps called Amazon/Takealot and we all know it's a win lose situation there but now my account was suspended because someone reported that was ****med by Takealot I didn't understand what it got to do with my account only to find out since I managed to be paid r126 by takealot they assume I'm with them for their ********** activity but I did gave them affidavit with my statement but it seems they already taken the person words and to them it doesn't matter whether I was not involved. Note on those apps no one is forced to pay anything it's up to someone and I wanted money just like the person who reported that was ****med but I'm held accountable for something I don't even know they might close my account for that I don't believe this I have been using capitec for years to just risks my personal acc and do ***** with it I'm just so disappointed and hurt.
