Capitec account stopped with no warning

I'm really tired of struggling with capitec bank my account was stopped due to a friend that fisted me money... My salary was paid yesterday and I have a family to take care of and a house to run my baby is 4 months old and he needs milk and diapers and wipes etc.. How am I supposed to survive if I can't access my money that I worked for... I went in to capitec branch and they did not help at all the worker said 24-48 hours and it's currently 5 days after she said that and I got no feedback at all. I'm really done!
