Capitec account paused for 5 days

It seems like capitec doesn't wanna help me since it paused my account for 5 days because they need proof of residence 😓😓they just called me and say they will resolve the issue as soon as possible but now my account is still on paused imagine your account is paused for 5 days you cannot even use money in your account this is so painful capitec doesn't have tender care to they customer and it's boring and painful shame💔.
