Capitec account paused for 3 times☹

I have problem with capitec my account is on paused 3 times now firstly they wanted me to submit proof of residence I submitted it it secondly they want me to submit proof of income and that time Im not working imagine 🥲🥲I went to police station and do affidavit then they open it,now they want to proof of address they told me I must submit any ultity bill then I submitted my ackermans statement because there's my residence address,after 5 minutes of submitting they are telling me this message Please be advised that as per FICA requirements we need to verify your proof of residential address, the attached Ackermans statement has a postal address that cannot be used. Provide valid residential address document so that we may assist further,and I don't know where can I find the valid one mxm capitec is a *** bank everytime people are complaining about imagine your account being paused 3 times is so painful.
