Capitec account paused.

I have a problem with capitec bank my account is paused since yesterday they need proof of source of income and I'm unemployed,yesterday I received message that my account is on paused I must submit proof of source of income inorder to be opened I wrote them email and say I don't have proof of source of income they said I must write an affidavit I did that but since my account is still on paused and I can't have access on my money is very painful capitec isn't fair to they're client 😥😥😥imagine today I received sassa for my child I have to pay his transport to school now I can't because of capitec I don't know what to do.
