Capitec Account on hold

My bank account was put on hold due to "********** activities"

They also instructed African bank who I bank with as well to do the same.

I'm sitting without electricity, groceries and I cannot pay my children's school fees because of this mess.

I probably won't be even to report to work on Monday because I don't have access to my own money! Capitec is absolutely ridiculous, I had to find out from African Bank that Capitec instructed them to freeze my account.

And I'm told I have to wait 30 days for investigation? How will I survive if my money is being withheld?

Anybody that is thinking of using them, DO NOT!!!

Imagine being treated like a ******** for your own money.
