Capitec account management services

hello i was ****med money on monday by a certain individual who claimed to have been selling cars. i wanted to buy a bank repo car but could not get to the supposed location on time so i sent a "holding deposit" as he put it. After sending the money i couldn't find the person anymore.I called capitec bank to ask them to reverse the money but they said they could not do that because i sent the money willingly.What do these account managers do because they are supposed to be handling matters like this? i am also their client mind you.All i need is for them to get my money back and hopefully the culprit will be arrested.They always claim that their services are the best but they cant even solve a simple matter like this, i mean we have the person's account number,his names and his email address how hard can it be?
