Capitec account is easy to use to commit *****

I personally regret banking with caputec bank. I went into your branch at trade route to assist me with someone using a capitec account for *****. I was told that they are unable to assist me because I know the person. So anybody can open a capitec account use it for ***** and there is nothing anything can be done.
